Digital Ad Operations Trafficking Manager

VMR Communications is a faith-based digital ad agency specializing in digital ad technology and operations. We are seeking an experienced ad operations professional to work with and oversee our growing team of ad operations experts in the US and overseas for news and informational websites whose digital ad tech and digital ad inventory we manage. You will be working virtually, via tools like email, airtable, google sheets and basecamp.


Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of day-to-day ad operations workflow
  • Ad trafficking of banner, rich media creatives, and video creatives
  • Scheduling of sponsored content
  • Monitoring pacing of ad campaigns to ensure they deliver on impression, click and other goals on time
  • Running forecasts for sales reps so sales reps know how much inventory is available for specific campaigns
  • Sending reports to clients
  • Review campaign performance reports with clients by phone
  • Sending screenshots to clients
  • Other tasks as necessary

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales (media sales, preferred, but not required)
  • Experience using sell-side ad servers such as Google Ad Manager/DFP
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude!

 

To help you accomplish your objectives, you will be provided with: 

 

  • training related to our digital advertising operations workflow and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • training related to digital advertising ad serving technology

 


Time commitment:

This position will initially involve approximately 5-10 hours per week during US business hours. This will increase over time depending on your ability to meet activity and sales goals and your interest in increasing your hours.
